  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from any recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks (SC/ ST/ PWD applicants – 45%) in aggregate (or)
  • Post Graduation Degree in Agriculture with a minimum of 50% marks (SC/ ST/ PWD applicants 45%) in aggregate for S.No-c.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University or having PG degree in Agricultural Engineering with 50% marks in aggregate after Bachelor’s Degree in any engineering discipline for S.No-d.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture from any recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks (SC applicants 45%) in aggregate (or)
  • Post Graduation Degree in Horticulture with a minimum of 50% marks (SC applicants 45%) in aggregate for S.No-e Posts with adequate experience.

For the post of Manager (Grade B)

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/PWD applicants 55%) in aggregate

NABARD Salary Package :

NABARD Grade A 2020 Salary

  • As mentioned in the official notification, the candidates who will be selected as Grade ‘A’ Officers in NABARD will get a starting basic pay of ₹28150/- per month in the scale of ₹28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)- 46600-EB-1750(4) – 53600-2000(1) -55600 applicable to officers in Grade ‘A’.
  • Other Benefits and Perks
    Grade A Officers are also eligible for many perquisites, which makes it a lucrative job opportunity. As give in the NABARD Grade A 2020 notification selected candidates will be able to avail these perks according to eligibility:
    • Bank’s accommodation subject to availability
    • Reimbursement of expenses for maintenance of vehicle for official purpose, newspaper, internet, telephone charges, book grant, Allowance for furnishing of residence, etc. as per eligibility.
    • Free dispensary facility besides reimbursement of medical expenses for OPD treatment/ hospitalisation as per eligibility.
    • Interest free festival advance, Leave Travel Concession (once in two years for self, spouse and eligible dependents)
    • Loans and Advances at concessional rates of interest for Housing,

iii) Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Company Secretary with Bachelor’s degree OR

Eligibility for Agriculture Engineering – RDBS :

i) Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Engineering with 50% marks (SC/PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate OR
ii) Post graduate degree in Agriculture Engineering with a minimum of 50% marks (SC/PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate.

Eligibility for Food/Dairy Processing – RDBS :

i) Bachelor’s degree in Food Processing/Food Technology/Dairy Sciences and/or Dairy Technology with 50% marks (ST/PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate OR
ii) Post graduate degree in Food Processing/Food Technology/Dairy Sciences/ Dairy Technology with 50% marks (ST/PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate.

Eligibility for Land Development-Soil Science – RDBS :

i) Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate OR
ii) Post Graduate degree in Agriculture/Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with a minimum of 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate.

Eligibility for Environmental Engg/Sciences – RDBS :

i) Bachelor’s degree with Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering with 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate OR
ii) Post graduate degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science with 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate.

Eligibility for Agriculture marketing/Agri. Business Management – RDBS :

i) Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Marketing/Agriculture Business Management with 50% marks (PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate OR
ii)Two years full time Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/MBA in Agriculture Marketing/Agriculture Business.
Management with a minimum of 50% marks (PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate.

Eligibility for Geo Informatics – RDBS :

i) BE/B.Tech/BSC degree in Geoinformatics with 50% marks (PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate or ME/M.Tech/MSC degree in Geoinformatics with a minimum of 50% marks (PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate.

Eligibility for Agricultural Economics/Economics – RDBS :

i) Bachelor’s Degree with Economics/Agriculture Economics with 50% marks (SC/PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate or Post Graduate degree in Economics/Agriculture Economics with a minimum of 50% marks (SC/PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate

Eligibility for Information Technology – RDBS :

i) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Technology/Computer Applications/Information Technology with 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 45%) in aggregate or a post graduate degree Computer Science/Computer Technology/Computer Applications/Information Technology with 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 45%) in aggregate.

Eligibility for Chartered Accountant – RDBS :

i) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution with Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The Membership of ICAI must have been obtained on or before 01-01-2020.

Eligibility for Company Secretary – RDBS :

i) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Associate membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The Membership of ICSI must have been obtained on or before 01-01-2020.

Eligibility for Finance – RDBS :

i) BBA (Finance/Banking) / BMS (Finance/Banking) with 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 45%) OR Two years full time P.G. Diploma in Management (Finance) / Full time MBA (Finance) degree from Institutions / Universities recognised by GoI / UGC OR
ii) Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis with 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 45%).

Eligibility for Human Resource Management – RDBS :

i) BBA (Human Resource Management)/BBM (Human Resource Management)/BMS (Human Resource Management) with 50% marks (PWBD applicants – 45%) OR
ii) Two years full time P.G. Diploma in Management in HRM/HR/Full time MBA degree in HRM/HR.

Eligibility for Statistics – RDBS :

i) Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics with 50% marks (PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate or Post Graduate degree in Statistics with a minimum of 50% marks (PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate.

Assistant Manager – Rajbhasha :

i) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university in English/Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD) in the aggregate OR
ii) Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects with a minimum of 50% marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PWBD) in the aggregate. Candidate must be able to translate from English to Hindi and vice/versa. OR
iii) Post Graduate Degree from a recognised university in Hindi with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD) in the aggregate and English as a compulsory/elective subject at Graduation level OR
iv) Post Graduate Degree in English with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD) and Hindi as a main subject at Graduation level.
Candidate must be able to translate from English to Hindi and vice/versa.

Assistant Manager – Legal Services :

i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by Bar council of India for the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks (SC/ST applicants – 45%) OR ii) equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years OR
iii) LLM Degree with a minimum of 45% (SC/ST applicants – 40%) OR equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years.
For PWBD candidates, minimum required marks shall be 50% in Bachelor’s
Degree in Law in the Aggregate of all semesters/years OR LLM degree with a minimum of 45% or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years

Assistant Manager – Protocol & Security Service :

  • Age :25 and 40 years (the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-01-1980 and not later than 01-01-1995)
  • Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience is required for P&SS post with Commissioned service in the Army/Navy/Air Force holding a valid Ex-Serviceman Identity Card.
