RBI Grade B Vacancy 2020 will be updated once the official notification is released. The number of for the post of RBI Grade-B 2019 was 199. Willing students can fill the application form for the preferred post. In the year 2018, the total number of vacancies was 166. Eligibility criteria include Age limit and Educational Qualification. For RBI Officers (Grade-B) examination, the lower and upper age limits were 21 years and 30 years respectively. Based on the previous year’s exam fee, it is expected to be the same this year as well which is a total of ₹850/- is the application fee to be paid by candidates belonging to the General and OBC category for RBI Grade B 2020 exam while the same amount is reduced to ₹100/- for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category.

Candidates are shortlisted for the personal interview round based on an aggregate of marks obtained in Phase-II (Paper-I + Paper-II + Paper-III). Candidates are given the option to opt for interview either in Hindi or English. Final Selection is done through merit list which is prepared by adding marks secured by candidates in Phase-II examination and interview.
Marks obtained by the candidates in the Main examination will be considered for shortlisting for Interview and preparation of final merit list.
There is a penalty for wrong answers marked in the Online Objective Tests. For each wrong answer, one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question is deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. No marks are deducted for un-attempted questions.

Name of the Recruiting Body : RBI ASSISTANT
RBI is not an easy nut to crack. It is important for an aspirant to meet Eligibility Criteria so as to apply for any recruitment process. It is the first and foremost step that should be checked before applying for any examination.
(1) The date of passing eligibility will be the date appearing on the mark sheet or provisional certificate issued by the University/ Institute. In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University/ Institute, a certificate issued by the appropriate authority of the University/ Institute indicating the date on which the result was posted on the website will be taken as the date of passing.
(2) Candidate should indicate the percentage obtained in Graduation calculated to the nearest two decimals in the online application. Where CGPA/OGPA is awarded, the same should be converted into percentage and indicated in online application. If called for document verification, the candidate will have to produce a certificate issued by the appropriate authority inter alia stating the norms of the University regarding conversion of grade into percentage and the percentage of marks by the candidates in terms of norms.
(3) Calculation of Percentage: The percentage marks shall be arrived at by dividing the total marks obtained by the candidate in all the subjects in all the semester(s)/year(s) by aggregating maximum marks in all the subjects irrespective of honors / optional / additional optional subject,if any. This will be applicable for those Universities also where Class/Grade is decided on the basis of Honors marks only. The fraction of percentage so arrived will be ignored i.e. 49.99% will be treated as less than 50%.
